SHIPPING / DELIVERY OF GOODS
In general, we offer delivery to all over the world. The cost of shipping (plus any taxes or import duties) is the customer's responsibility and will be calculated when you choose to ship. Please note that you are responsible for entering the correct delivery address and the choice of shipping. If, at the time of processing the order, it could not be shipped or by GolfSR for any reason (ex.: address not found), the full amount of the order will be refunded. Prior to issuing the refund, GolfSR will contact you to assess other delivery options.
DELIVERY OF GOODS
Orders are processed as quickly as possible, upon receipt of full payment. Processing times depend on GolfSR inventory. During shipment, delivery may take between 2 and 14 days for shipping to Canada and the United States depending on the delivery option chosen, and the internal delivery company. For international shipments, the delivery time depends on the address, the country, the type of delivery chosen and the internal delivery company in your country. The delivery time indicated when choosing the delivery is an approximate time provided by Post Canada, the delivery company that takes care of shipments for GolfSR. GolfSR cannot, under any circumstances, be held responsible for late delivery.
If your order is lost or damaged, we will work with you to rectify the situation as soon as possible, however, we are not responsible for any goods damaged in transit or not received. Replacement or refunds for damaged, lost or unreceived items are made at GolfSR's discretion.
